Old is new again
(January 22, 2003) Caption with Carol Ivie photo in print edition: Cyclists on Portola Road pass the renovated tankhouse at the old Jelich Ranch, where the owners, Cindie and Phil White, have taken on the task of restoring buildings dating back to the early 1900s. The tankhouse, opposite the entrance to Westridge Drive, was damaged by a run-away truck several years ago.
