Four file for West Bay district
(July 30, 2003) Finn Halbo of Menlo Park wants to return to the board of the West Bay Sanitary District, where he served for 24 years before being unseated in 1999.
He filed his election papers the week the filing period opened.
The district is pretty well assured of an election, since the three men elected four years ago are all running for re-election. John Lomax, Ron Shepherd, and David Walker, have all filed for another term.
