Liebsch joins Coldwell Banker
Cindy Liebsch has joined the Menlo Park El Camino office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Ms. Liebsch was an agent with San Francisco-based Sotheby's International Realty.
Ms. Liebsch has lived in the Bay Area since 1994. She sold network systems in the high-tech industry. After the birth of her son in 1999, she switched to real estate.
Image consultant named to board
Sharon Chrisman of Menlo Park has been appointed to the board of directors of the Association of Image Consultants International. She will serve as vice president of education.
She specializes in color, style, figure analysis, wardrobe planning and personal shopping.
Ms. Chrisman is a charter member of the Association of Image Consultants International and was president of the Bay Area chapter in 1993-94.
A graduate of the University of Washington, she has been an image consultant for individual clients for more than 20 years.
Coldwell Banker drafts O'Dowd for sales
Tom O'Dowd, formerly with the Menlo Park El Camino branch of Coldwell Banker, was recently welcomed back and named sales associate, specializing in residential real estate in Atherton, Woodside, Menlo Park and Redwood City. Mr. O'Dowd has been in the real estate business for three decades, most recently serving as a broker for BT Commercial Real Estate, where he leased office space to local technology companies. A graduate of the University of Houston, he resides with his family in Atherton.
