Voters trying to make choices for the March 2 primary election might get some help by watching candidates debate in forums on local cable TV channels 27 and 28.

The forums, which include candidates for the state Senate's 11th district seat, the state Assembly's 21st district seat, and the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, as well as supporters and opponents of the state ballot propositions, will be aired repeatedly over the next few weeks.

The Senate forum, moderated by the League of Women Voters, will air on Channel 28 on February 19 at 2:30 p.m. and February 20 at 9 p.m. The Assembly forum can be seen February 21 at 9 a.m. on Channel 28 and February 23 at 9 p.m. on Channel 27.

The discussion on the state ballot propositions will air February 21 at 1:30 p.m. on Channel 28 and February 22 at 10:30 a.m. on Channel 27. The supervisor candidates' forum can be seen February 20 at 3 p.m. on Channel 28 and February 22 at 6:30 p.m. on Channel 27.
