Menlo Park: Two named to parks, recreation commission Menlo Park: Two named to parks, recreation commission (June 30, 2004)

Menlo Park residents Paula Maurano and Michael Barany have both been named to the city's Parks and Recreation Commission to fill vacancies.

Ms. Maurano, a certified public accountant, was appointed to serve a term ending in September 2006. Mr. Barany, an administrative associate, was appointed to a term ending September 2005. Both have lived in the city for two-and-a-half years.

The City Council voted June 22 to appoint the two to the commission.
