Ms. Hamner, who works in the Santa Cruz Avenue office, began her real estate career in 1986 with Grubb & Ellis, later acquired by Fox & Carskadon and, ultimately, Coldwell Banker.

She has been one of the top 100 agents with Coldwell Banker since 2000. Her team includes agent Megan Bogue and listing/escrow coordinator Emy Devera.

Mr. Bellumori, who works in the El Camino office, is a 26-year real estate veteran. A member of the company's agent advisory council, he has been in the top 1 percent of agents since joining Coldwell Banker four years ago.

The El Camino office has some 60 agents, and the Santa Cruz office, 50.
