Top Woodside, Portola Valley agents named Top Woodside, Portola Valley agents named (March 23, 2005)

Three Woodside/Portola Valley real estate agents ranked in the top 1 percent of all Coldwell Banker agents in Northern California for sales in 2004, the company announced.

They are Jim McCahon, Scott Dancer and Ginny Kavanaugh. The company has 4,800 agents in 65 offices in Northern California, from Monterey to Tahoe.

Mr. McCahon, who works in the office at 2969 Woodside Road, is an 18-year real estate veteran who has been with Coldwell Banker for 10 years. He has been the No. 1 agent worldwide for homes over $1 million since 1995 and has sold more than $1 billion in residential properties, the company said.

Mr. Dancer, who also works in the Woodside office, has 21 years of real estate experience. He was the company's No. 3 agent in 1999 and No. 4 in 2000 internationally for gross commission income.

A 20-year real estate veteran, Ms. Kavanaugh, who works in the office at 116 Portola Road in Portola Valley, has ranked in the top 5 percent nationally for Coldwell Banker since 1994 and the top 1 percent of Northern California agents in four of the last five years.
