President's Premier

A native of Atherton, Ms. Nicholas lives in Menlo Park.
President's Circle

Molly Westrate of Coldwell Banker's Woodside office has been named to the company's International President's Circle for ranking in the top 9 percent of Coldwell Banker's 120,000 agents worldwide during 2004.

The Woodside office, led by Bill Lewis, is located at 2969 Woodside Road.
Stella Kitzmiller joins Diamond Society

Stella Kitzmiller, a Coldwell Banker real estate agent in the Menlo Park office at 800 El Camino Real, has won membership in the company's International Diamond Society due to her 2004 sales, which put her among the top 8,000 agents of the 120,000 worldwide.
