Burglary report: Workshop broken into through window and car stereo woofers stolen, 100 block of Ravenswood Avenue, May 12.

Fraud report: Credit card number used by unknown person, 100 block of Tuscaloosa Avenue, May 12.

 

Menlo Park

Assault with a deadly weapon report: Suspect strung up a rope in the path of an approaching motorcyclist, 3000 block of Haven Avenue, May 12.

Auto burglary report: Window smashed and stereo taken, 1900 block of Menalto Avenue, May 12.

Burglary reports: Storage locker entered and lock cut off, 800 block of Coleman Avenue, May 7. Home broken into and cash stolen, 1100 block of Bieber Avenue, May 10.

Theft reports: Paint sprayer taken, Coleman Place, May 9. Vacuum cleaner stolen, Coleman Place, May 9.

Fraud reports: Identity theft, 800 block of Hermosa Way, May 9. Counterfeit $100 bill passed, 900 block of Willow Road, May 10. Identity theft, 800 block of University Drive, May 11.
Woodside

Burglary report: Unlocked detached garage door opened and purse and cell phone taken from unlocked car parked inside, 200 block of Old La Honda Road, May 4.

Vandalism report: Car window smashed, park and ride lot on Woodside Road, May 5.

Possible mountain lion sighting: Report made in the 300 block of Mountain Home Road, May 10.

 

  Portola Valley

Burglary report: Air compressor taken from an unlocked attached garage in February and bilge pump taken in April, 200 block of Cervantes Road.
West Menlo Park

Burglary report: Screen taken from bedroom window and two bedrooms ransacked, 2100 block of Camino De Los Robles, May 6.

 

Ladera

Vandalism report: Rear patio window shot with a BB gun, 100 block of N. Balsamina Way.
