The Woodside Library is offering reading and entertainment programs for all ages all summer long.

The library invites kids in preschool through sixth grade to join the Super Readers Super Heroes summer reading club now through August 31. Participants fill out a log showing they've read at least 20 minutes a day, then receive a free book, coupon for pizza, and other prizes.

Teenagers have their own program -- Unleash Your Power, Read -- urging them to submit a written or drawn review of the books they read to win gift certificates. Submissions can be made at the library or online at www.smcl.org.

The adult program Relax and Recharge has participants writing a short review and entering a weekly drawing for gift certificates to Buck's restaurant in Woodside.

An ongoing adult book discussion group meets the first Tuesday of every month.

Story times will continue during the summer on Wednesdays for babies up to 18 months at 10 a.m. and toddlers up to 3 years old at 11 a.m.

ZunZun's Recycled Music will perform songs on recycled instruments on June 29 at 3:30 p.m.

For children ages 5 and up there will be two opportunities for making simple crafts: spray art on July 7 and coffee filter art on July 21, both at 3:30 p.m.

P&T Puppet Theatre presents "The Adventures of Spider and Fly" on July 13 at 3:30 p.m.

Magician Norman Ng will perform on July 27 at 3:30 p.m.
