Rossetti Realty moves to Alameda

Gail Rossetti and her Rossetti Realty company are now located at 3525 Alameda de las Pulgas in West Menlo Park.

Her company breaks down the real estate sales process into five categories, with an employee specializing on each one: marketing, administration, customer service, computers and sales.

The method allows real estate agents to focus on selling homes, not on paperwork, she says.

Rossetti Realty guarantees it will sell a listed home for the asking price or pay the difference, she says.

Ms. Rossetti has been a Belmont Rotarian for 12 years and will participate in the Leukemia & Lymphoma "Walk for Ben" at Burgess Park on October 8.
McKeever named to Diamond Society

David L. McKeever of Coldwell Banker's real estate office at 930 Santa Cruz Ave. in Menlo Park has been named to the company's International Diamond Society for superior sales performance. Born and raised on the Peninsula, he has been listing and selling real estate for 25 years, including 12 years with Coldwell Banker.
Menlo College names global business director

John Toppel, formerly a senior manager with Hewlett Package for 31 years, has been named the new director of the John Russell Center for International Management and Global Studies at Menlo College in Atherton.

A Los Altos resident, Mr. Toppel has extensive experience in sales and general management in six counties.
