Mailbox-incident reports: Outgoing mail left in resident's mailbox was found and returned by a neighbor, 1600 block of Canada Lane, July 20. Resident informed that her opened mail was scattered in street, 600 block of California Way, July 20. Outgoing mail stolen from mailbox, 1500 block of Canada Lane, July 21.
