Man shot in Menlo Park
(October 12, 2005) A man was taken to Stanford Hospital with two gunshot wounds in his leg after a shooting in Menlo Park at 5:50 p.m. October 7.
Menlo Park police are searching for three to five black male suspects, all in their late teens or early 20s.
The man was standing in front of 1232 Sevier Ave. when he was approached by the suspects, an argument ensued and shots were fired, police said.
Police pursued a car north on Newbridge Avenue, crossing Willow Road, but lost it in heavy traffic. The car, reported stolen in East Palo Alto, was found abandoned in East Palo Alto about 10 minutes later.
