Cancer risk, treatment topics of seminar Cancer risk, treatment topics of seminar (October 12, 2005)

The Northern California Cancer Center is sponsoring a seminar in Atherton on October 25 called "The Bay Area Cancer Picture: Who's at Risk, and an Update on Cancer Detection and Treatment."

Participating in the roundtable discussion will be Dr. Ellie Guardino, clinical instructor of medical oncology at Stanford; Dr. Michael Potter, associate clinical professor of Family and Community Medicine at UCSF; and Dr. Theresa Keegan, a research scientist at the Northern California Cancer Center in Fremont.

The program will start with registration at 9 a.m. at Holbrook-Palmer Park, 150 Watkins Ave. in Atherton, and will run from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Questions will be taken.
