'Ah, Wilderness!' at Crystal Springs Uplands School 'Ah, Wilderness!' at Crystal Springs Uplands School (November 09, 2005)

Students at Crystal Springs Uplands School will stage "Ah, Wilderness!" -- the comic reproduction of Eugene O'Neill's passage from adolescence into early manhood -- this week in the school's Eric Borel Bovet Theatre at 400 Uplands Drive in Hillsborough.

Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, November 10, and 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, November 11 and 12.

Reserved seats, at $7 for adults and $5 for students, may be ordered by calling 342-4668.

The setting for the play is the Fourth of a July weekend in 1906 when young Richard, with the support of his family, survives that letting-go time before leaving home in New London, Connecticut, for college.
