** Padlock cut from gate at construction site, first block of Monte Vista Avenue, November 11.
** Padlock cut from gate at construction site, 200 block of Atherton Avenue, November 11.

Fraud report: Case of identity theft, November 11.

School-incident reports:
** Bike stolen, two projectors stolen and car broken into, Menlo Atherton High School, November 4.
** Textbooks stolen from locker, Menlo-Atherton High School, November 9.

 

Menlo Park

Grand-theft reports:
** Laptop computer stolen, 1600 block of Willow Road, November 4.
** Cash stolen from purse, 4100 block of Bohannon Drive, November 7.

Burglary reports:
** Step ladder and tools stolen, 800 block of Hamilton Avenue, November 10.
** Dwight Tucker, 35, of San Mateo arrested and booked into county jail for attempted burglary, Safeway grocery store at 500 El Camino Real, November 13.
** CDs stolen by ex-boyfriend, 1200 block of Sevier Avenue, November 13.
** Jewelry and laptop computer stolen, 500 block of Pope Street, November 17.

Auto-burglary reports:
** Purse stolen, Bayfront Park, November 5.
** Car stereo stolen, 100 block of Alma Street, November 9.
** Laptop computer stolen, 900 block of Altschul Avenue, November 11.
** Personal music player stolen, 2100 block of Sharon Road, November 11.
** Window smashed but nothing taken, 100 block of El Camino Real, November 16.

Spousal-abuse reports:

Fraud reports:
** Three cases of identity theft, November 7, 14 and 15.
** Two cases of unauthorized use of credit cards, November 10 and 17.

Indecent-exposure report: Man exposed himself, 300 block of O'Connor Street, November 7.

Theft reports:
** Laptop, computer bag and credit cards stolen from unlocked vehicle, 100 block of Stadler Road, November 12.
** Surgical tools, laptop computer, camera equipment and briefcase stolen from unlocked vehicle, 600 block of Old La Honda Road, November 13.
** Cash stolen from purse in unlocked vehicle, 400 block of Old La Honda Road, November 14.

Auto-burglary report: Miscellaneous items stolen, Canada College, November 7.

Vehicle-theft report: Unlocked vehicle with keys inside stolen, 100 block of Upenuf Road, November 13.

 

Portola Valley

Auto-burglary reports:
** Purses, camera, fur jacket and portable digital devices stolen from locked vehicle, open space parking area at Alpine Road and Willowbrook Drive.
** Two vehicle break-ins: nothing taken from one and wallet stolen from locked glove box in other, open-space parking lot at Alpine Road and Willowbrook Drive, November 8.

Theft reports:
** Unlocked vehicle ransacked, 100 block of Martinez Road, November 14.
** Paint sprayer stolen from unlocked garage, first block of Applewood Lane, November 2.

Tree-vandalism report: Potentially fatal damage to tree by unauthorized trimming, first block of Montara Court, November 3.

Theft reports:
** Bike stolen from open garage, 1300 block of Cloud Avenue, November 3.
** House keys stolen from backyard patio, 2000 block of Sand Hill Road, November 3.
** Tools stolen from garage, 2000 block of Sand Hill Road, November 19.
** Satellite radio receiver, CDs, vest, sunglasses and mobile phone stolen from unlocked vehicle, 2100 block of Avy Avenue, November 11.
