The Menlo Park Planning Commission will hold a public hearing December 12 to discuss the proposed demolition of two office buildings totaling 56,000 square feet to make way for 56 residential units at 110 and 175 Linfield Drive.

The project requires a general plan amendment and a rezoning of the two sites to allow the construction of single-family detached units.

The final environmental impact report is available for review at the city library and the community development department.

The review period started December 1 and ends December 12. Written comments should be submitted to the community development department no later than 5:30 p.m. Monday, December 12.

The public hearing will be held at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at the Civic Center.
