A 75-year-old Menlo Park man was swimming in a Minnesota lake on Saturday afternoon when he went under, according to the Wright County sheriff.

Probably had a heart attack or severe cramps. A family acquaintance (much younger than 75) recently suffered a heart attack while in the swimming portion of a triathalon. I think she eventually died.
