Atherton residents can offer their ideas and opinions about the town's budding plans to build a new Town Center at a meeting tonight (Sept. 17) from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
A group of residents appointed by the council, known as the Civic Center Advisory Committee, has been developing a plan for creating a new center, which will include council chambers, a library, and facilities for town administration, the police department, the building department and other town services.
The town has contracted with HMC Architects to develop a "Town Center Master Plan."
The Council Chambers are at 94 Ashfield Road in the Town Center.
Call City Clerk Theresa DellaSanta at 752-0529 for more information.
