Menlo Park seeks candidates for arts grants

Applications are now open for Menlo Park grants for the arts. Five community groups will be awarded $500 to $1,000 each to subsidize the rental cost of the Menlo-Atherton Performing Arts Center, offering an opportunity to hold a performance in a professional-grade theater, according to the city.

Applications will be accepted until March 12. Grants expire one year after they are awarded.

Contact the Community Services Department at 3300-2223 or visit the city's website at menlopark.org for more information.
