Can you be Jessie's Girl?

By Scott Delucchi, Peninsula Humane Society.

Our sweet, 2-year-old Queensland Heeler is looking for the perfect partner or family. Our pet of the week, Jessie, can be a bit cautious when it comes to new places and things, but she has rock star potential.

Give her belly rubs and she couldn't be happier. She can be adopted by someone who has never owned a pet before.

If you've had Heelers, you get bonus points. Jessie can live with other dogs and small children, but were unsure about cats.

To learn more or to make a love connection, visit Jessie at the Peninsula Humane Society's Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road in Burlingame. Go to www.phs-spca.org for more information.
