'Dogs have owners. Cats have staff'

No one is sure who first said this, but the quote is spot-on! And, this week's featured pet, Jasmine, fits the bill.

She's 11 years young, yet very playful for her age. Still, she sure enjoys her cat naps.

Can we also say she's a bit of a diva? She'll do best as the only cat in her new home. She can be elegant and well-mannered, which we think this photo captures.

She loves attention! If you have the staff for Jasmine (even a staff of one!), come meet her at the Peninsula Humane Society's Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road in Burlingame. www.phs-spca.org
