Sacred Heart Prep's Ally Howe makes swim history

There was history to be made at the 2014 Central Coast Section Swimming and Diving Championships on Saturday at the George F. Haines International Swim Center in Santa Clara. Sacred Heart Prep senior Ally Howe followed up her national record in the 100-yard backstroke for Independent Schools during Friday's trials by breaking it again at Saturday's finals.
