Bookmark and Share
Menlo Park police responded to several calls about gunfire at around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 12, in the 800 block of Ivy Drive in Menlo Park. When officers arrived, they found several spent shell casings on the street.

The officers found two people believed to be the intended targets. Both were unharmed, said Sgt. Ed Soares of the Menlo Park Police Department.

Two unknown male suspects were seen leaving the area in a dark blue American-made sedan, Sgt. Soares said.

Police have not determined a motive for the shooting, he added.

Anyone with information is asked to call Menlo Park police at (650) 330-6360.

This is the second report in two weeks of people being shot at in Menlo Park. People opposed to gun control laws, take note.
