State Senator Joe Simitian, D-Palo Alto, will be at the Menlo Park Farmers' Market from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Sunday, July 1, to listen to, and answer questions from, his constituents. The market is at Chestnut Street, between Santa Cruz and Menlo avenues.

The day before, Saturday, June 30, he will be at the Palo Alto Farmers' Market, at Hamilton Avenue and Gilman Street, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Sen. Simitian, who calls these informal public meetings "Sidewalk Office Hours," said they give "both the public and me a chance to interact in an informal, friendly atmosphere."
