| Some 300 vintage and collectible cars will be on exhibit at the Palo Alto Concours d'Elegance on Sunday, June 24, at 360 Oak Road at Stanford University. Hours are 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The annual charity event, presented by the Palo Alto Host Lions Club, will have live music, beverages, a food court and a silent auction.
Highlights of the show include a display by the Viper Club of America, the million dollar MOPAR muscle exhibit, rare, vintage and special interest cars, and an area for owners who just want to "show off" their cars.
The event kicks off with "The Drive" on Saturday, June 23, at 1 p.m. The open road drive winds the coastal back roads of the Peninsula and returns to the Concours field for dinner in the Patrons' Pavilion at 5:30 p.m.
Tickets for the Concours are $25 for general admission, $10 for ages 12-21 and 60 and over, and free for those under 12.
Visit paconcours.com for more information.
A video of the event will be posted on Palo Alto Online the week of June 25.

Posted by Hmmm, a resident of another community, on Jun 24, 2012 at 12:24 pm What does $25 get you? A chance to view the cars & listen to music but everything else costs extra? I haven't been in awhile, but I don't recall the admission price being $25.
