| Continuing his trend of holding public gatherings, Menlo Park City Council candidate Ray Mueller has announced that he'll be available for chats on the back patio at Cafe Zoe (1929 Menalto Ave.) from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 3.
