Drivers traveling along El Camino Real and Santa Cruz Avenue should plan for delays during the next 24 to 36 hours, according to the Menlo Park police department.
A Caltrans contractor apparently cut the electrical lines at the intersection on Monday, leading to malfunctioning traffic signals, police said.

El Camino through Menlo Park is destined to be like 19th Ave in the City.
