Menlo-Atherton earned three of the top four honors on the 2012 All-PAL Bay Division boys' and girls' water polo teams. Morgan Olson-Fabbro was the MVP for the boys while the Bears' Jenna Swartz (MVP) and Sierra Sheeper (MVP goalie) swept the girls' awards.

Menlo School had a pair of goalies capture top awards, as well, as John Wilson was the Most Valuable Goalie in the PAL Bay Division while the Menlo girls' team had Lindsay Montgomery take the honor in the PAL Ocean Division.
