Summer internships in transportation
|
High-school juniors with a free summer ahead and an interest in transportation may want to consider an internship with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the Oakland-based agency that oversees transportation issues for the Bay Area.
The MTC is offering 25 internships in the Bay Area's nine counties, including five opportunities in San Mateo County on projects such as LED street light conversion, street resurfacing, and data collection and analysis.
