Storm fills creek at Portola Valley Town Center

Storm runoff in Sausal Creek at Portola Valley Town Center may have set a new high-water mark this morning around 10:40 a.m. in a surge that nearly topped a culvert.

Planning Manager Leslie Lambert stepped out of Town Hall to photograph the creek during its high phase. Reports as of 11 a.m. have the water level down considerably.

This is Sausal Creek at the Portola Valley Town Center.

The above post is correct and we have fixed the error in the name of the creek in these photos and in this story.
