School board seeks input on new superintendent
|
With the planned June 30 departure of the superintendent of the Sequoia Union High School District, the governing board is seeking community comments, suggestions and search criteria as they begin a search for a new superintendent.
Patrick Gemma, the district superintendent since 2003, recently announced plans to retire at the end of June.
The board will first consider candidates from inside the district, spokeswoman Bettylu Smith said in a statement.
A questionnaire if available at the district Web site for the public to weigh in on the matter. Go to http://tinyurl.com/SupeSearch this link.
