As part of its $4.6 billion Hetch Hetchy seismic upgrade project, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission starts work this week on a section of pipeline passing under Bay Road in Menlo Park.
The construction, on a strip of land stretching from Marsh Road to Flood Park, may disrupt traffic on week days between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Great timing.
The only thing that could hamper this progress is if those long predicted earthquakes begin occuring.
World wide, there have not been any significant ones in areas where they are way overdue.
I don't pray but the world has been too dormant too long and that is a bad sign.
Let us hope.
