Woodside undecided on fate of Jackling House artifacts

Noted architect George Washington Smith reportedly designed 54 homes in Santa Barbara and one in Woodside during the first three decades of the 20th century. The Woodside home — the Daniel C. Jackling house — is gone, demolished in 2011 by the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs, but a collection of artifacts from the house are in the hands of the town of Woodside.
