Did anyone look up the officer's track record who is pushing this? She has misused a cooworkers emailpassword to remove traffic violations form their record do that they will not be paid> Does Menlo PArk do a backround check befroe hiring officeres?

Um, of COURSE MP PD does a background check, as do all depts. That's no guarantee that an officer is of sound integrity, however. You know your comment will be removed soon, don't you? I haven't flagged it, but I bet someone does.

Guessing "member" is the owner of Cindy's Flowers or a freind. Sure, the officer pushing this has done all sorts of things wrong. Even IF they did, and that's a big IF, it doesn't mean you're not guilty. One only needs to look at YELP to see what kind of business person and what kind of integrity YOU have. The person with a sign outside of your business protesting your busines practices as to your employees says all I need to know.
