"Day of the Horse" in Woodside Saturday

Original post made by Andrea, Menlo Park: Downtown, on Sep 28, 2006

The Day of the Horse event is Saturday, Oct. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Woodside Town Hall.

The event is free and open to all ages. Those with horses can participate in a progressive trail ride with goodies and prizes. For the horseless, there are plenty of activities, a pony petting zoo and demonstrations to get them in touch with their inner equestrian.

Drop by the Almanac's booth for free treats and have a chat with Publisher Tom Gibboney and Woodside reporter Andrea Gemmet.

Woodside Town Hall is located at 2955 Woodside Road, at Whiskey Hill Road. Call 851-6790 for information or go to www.WHOA94062.org.
