M-A Golfers Advance to CCS Finals

The M-A Boys Varsity golf team placed 3rd among 11 teams at the CCS Regional Playoffs at Rancho Canada on Monday, May 7. Team score was 376 behind Bellarmine's 374, Pacific Grove's 367, and ahead of Los Gatos with 387. These 4 teams advance to the CCS Finals on Tuesday, May 15, along with 4 teams from Wednesday's Regional Playoffs. Leading the pack was Jake Hall Toy with an impressive 1 under par 70, Jamie Walsh with 74, Nick Sako 76, Greg Sako 77, and Elliot Hume with a 79. The top 3 teams out of the 8 competing in the CCS Finals will advance to the Norcal tournament, to be held on Monday, May 21 in Stockton.
