The annual sell-out event will feature a special presentation, "East Meets West: Asian and European Design Cultures," by celebrated Dutch-born floral designer René van Rems. The benefit will also include 25 tables of stunning holiday table settings and festive floral displays from Peninsula/South Bay designers, a floral auction, and a boutique marketplace. Tickets are $95.00 pp, including lunch.

Following up Monday's luncheon benefit will be a "Workshop with René van Rems" at the same location from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 21st. Attendees will learn floral design tips from the master of Euro style in an intimate group setting and will create two take-home arrangements. Lunch is included and attendees should bring their own shears and dress casually. Tickets are $160.00 pp, including materials and lunch. Space is very limited. Advance reservations are required for both events.

Proceeds benefit Family Service, a nonprofit organization based in San Mateo dedicated to helping improve the lives of struggling children, families and older adults. For tickets, to request an invitation, or for more information please call Jennifer Levey, 650-322-3092.
