Kelley Park? ~ You mean Onneta Harris Community Center. What this neighborhood needs is a Multi-Athletic Structure. Soccer Field? You already downsized the Boys and Girls club to make it a Luxury Executive Office with a Gym and a Pool Table. Why do this to the last Community Center standing in the neighborhood for the youths....Expand the basketball court (in and outdoor), baseball field, add track, then Soccer.....Stretch the Money!!!
