$5,000 reward for info on abandoned dogs

The Peninsula Humane Society is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to whoever abandoned two emaciated dogs at a San Bruno condominium complex. The dogs were in the "worst condition the shelter's veterinary and cruelty staff have seen," a spokesman said.
