Time 'springs' forward on Sunday

Daylight saving time starts at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, which means the time "springs" forward an hour.

It looks like the Almanac forgot to spring forward. It is Sunday morning at 7:55 AM and tha Almanac says it is 6:47 AM. Do it is not just off by an hour.
