Man struck, killed by train in Palo Alto

A man was struck and killed by a northbound train at about 6:50 a.m. this morning at Charleston Road in Palo Alto, a Caltrain spokesperson said.

When will Palo Alto get rid of grade-level railroad crossings? What's the cost, per suicide prevented, in doing so?
