On horseback, Woodside's Don Pugh has done it all

Horses have had a remarkable influence on the second half of Woodside resident Don Pugh's life. The Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County named Mr. Pugh the Outstanding Horseperson-Citizen for 2013.
