Stogner Garners Republican Party Endorsement

Original post made by Stogner Stampede, another community, on May 23, 2014

Back a few weeks ago, defenders of entrenched politics in San Mateo County ridiculed Michael Stogner for earning the Libertarian party endorsement.

Even the Almanac wrote that Stogner was not a "serious" candidate in an ill-conceived editorial.

But now Stogner has also garnered the endorsement of the California Republican Taxpayer's Association. He is listed on their voter guide as the candidate to vote for, along with Mark De Paula and Neel Kashkari.

Stogner is going to surprise a lot of the naysayers on election day.

It's time to vote the person, I appreciate the Republican Endorsement very much.

Supervisors have a fiduciary responsibility to represent the taxpayers, not the public service unions.

Mark De Puala, Neel Kashkari Greg Conlon,

Vote

Neil Kashkari is the guy who did TARP for Bush.

Tim Donnelly's the true conservative in the race and already ahead of TARP/Kash.

Who does Stogner support?

Stogner supports the people of San Mateo County and will hold the other supervisors' feet to the fire to make them accountable to the people of San Mateo County.

I've been a registered Republican since I turned 18. I can now clearly see the Republicans have lost touch reality in endorsing Stogner. I am changing my affiliation.

Stogner cannot be endorsed by the Republican Party because he is not a registered Republican. The story tells us that the Republican Taxpayer's Association endorsed him, not the Republican Party of San Mateo County. This is all fine, no need for "Long Time Republican" to re-register.

Regardless, the Republican Party needs responsible community leaders to run for the County Central Committee. These elections are rarely challenged. You can usually just walk on the committee without an election by simply collecting 20 signatures. If people that care about the future of the Republican Party don't get involved, then we end up with the same tired group of people, endorsing the same group of people.

Local Republican candidates run the spectrum, from Greg Conlin to George Yang. If you are a Republican, and you care about the future of the party, you should get involved.

They don't even understand the rules of endorsements - that is humorous. No wonder they can't win elections in the bay area. Is the state Republican party still bankrupt?

Can you imagine what it would be like if Kiraly were elected to the District 3 Board of Supervisors followed by Woodell being elected to the District 4 Board. The County could charge admission to these meetings and sign lucrative deals with Comcast, AT&T, the Dish Network and Direct TV for pay per view.

Those Board of Supervisors' meetings would be more entertaining than roller derby and probably a little more violent too! There would of course have to be a delayed feed to give the censors time expurgate inappropriate language.

But the County could quickly amortize the unfunded liabilities with this abundant cash stream. Also, Kiraly and Woodell would both be providing a community service, not as supervisors, but rather as entertainers who are doing their civic duty by digging the county out of debt.

Here is just one little example of difference between Don and I that the papers don't want the voters to think about.

I am opposed to Agenda 21, click on it on my website to see video of Nancy Pelosi bring it to America.

Neil Kashkari is the guy who did TARP. He;s a Wall St Bankster from goldman sachs. He says he voted for OBama.

Do not trust any endorsement list that says a republican should vote for Kashkari. There are demoncrats that are crossing over in the primary and voting for Kashkari, like Kashkari admits voting for Obama.

Tim Donnelly is the true conservative in the race and already ahead of TARP baby Kash. Donnelly is the true AMERICAN conservative.

Who does Michael Stogner support?

These are local and county issues. You're bringing irrelevant stuff into this debate.

@huh "You're bringing irrelevant stuff into this debate."

Look at the original post: "But now Stogner has also garnered the endorsement of the CRTA. He is listed on their voter guide as the candidate to vote for, along with Mark De Paula and Neel Kashkari."

So lmftfy: @huh "You're bringing irrelevant stuff into this debate OR MAYBE @huh JUST FAILS TO READ."

@Stogner Stampede: Kashkari is some strange wall street RINO. Tim Donnelly is the true conservative in the race and already ahead of TARP baby Kash. Donnelly is the true AMERICAN conservative. Who does Michael Stogner support?
