Menlo Atherton Boy Scout Troop 206 collected over a ton of food for the needy in the annual pre-Thanksgiving Scouting for Food drive. Scouts distributed door hangers in the Flood Park Triangle neighborhood and returned a week later to pick up donated food items, which were then taken to the Second Harvest Food Bank in San Carlos for distribution to the needy.
