There are hedges / bushes in front of The Duck Club restaurant hotel along El Camino Real that encroach sidewalk space.

I think all plants that grow beyond property lines should be cut back. Almost every block has a problem resident who doesn't care.

$155,000 for some drawings? Wow... that's just more than half of what our city manager makes a year!! Is there any oversight?? Who in City Hall is throwing cash in the air???

Almost makes you want to evade taxes. Almost.

Why on earth is an important meeting like this scheduled during the holiday season? I would love to go, but already had 2 conflicts. This is not open government nor an orientation toward community involvement. I can just see the list of meetings that supposedly involved the public but in fact were virtually inaccessible due to poor timing.

I would likewise fault all of the El Camino visioning meetings, too. These have been scheduled at 6-7:30 pm during dinner prep/eating time when few family-oriented people or commuters can attend for the full meeting. Maybe it's convenient for staff and local developers, property and business owners, but not to most mere residents Or was that the intent?
