Can anyone provide information on who's paying for this event. Does the GRCC have its own money? Are they paying for the use of the council chamber? Was this event discussed in a public forum?

My understanding was City expenditures on the climate change /global warming issues were to be set in a goal setting session later this year.

who's paying
