Family Service Agency of San Mateo County’s Senior Employment Program welcomes mature workers 55+ to a free Job Resource Workshop at its headquarters from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM on Monday, May 19th, 2008. The workshop will cover: job search tips; marketing to employers; transferring one’s skill set to meet the demands of today’s employers; and learning proven techniques for tapping into the hidden job market. Staff will be available immediately following the workshop to schedule individual appointments for the Internship and Job Match-up Program.

Family Service is located at 24 Second Avenue, San Mateo. Space is limited and reservations are required; to register, please contact Barbara Clipper at 650-403-4300, #4368.
