Is there much bullying in peninsula schools?

After reading about the 7 year in Oakland that went to the hospital after repeat attacks by 5th graders, as well as MANY other news stories about cyber-bullying and more, I want to know how much happens in peninsula schools. And what to the schools do to prevent and address it.
