Menlo Park names new assistant city manager

Starla Jerome-Robinson, assistant city manager for the city of Los Altos since 1999, has been named Menlo Park's new assistant city manager, effective Oct. 20. Ms. Jerome-Robinson, who lives in Menlo Park, was Atherton's finance director from 1996 to July 1999.
